Lock Replacement Service
Each rented mailbox comes with a lock and key to ensure the security of your mail. When you rent a box, you receive a key to access your mailbox.
If the key is lost, the lock needs to be replaced as the box cannot be accessed without a key. A lock replacement service is required, and a fee must be paid for the service.
Pricing
- The cost for lock replacement is UGX 45,000 per lock.
How To Apply
- Submit Request: You can request a lock replacement either in writing or in person.
- Report Loss: Make the request as soon as you realize the key is lost or the lock is compromised.
- Clear Arrears: Ensure all arrears are cleared before the process can continue.
- Make Payment: Pay the fee for the lock replacement service.
- Lock Replacement: Your mailbox will be listed for lock replacement.
- Key Collection: You will be notified when the new key is ready for collection.
