Posta Uganda’s Real Estate Portfolio
Posta Uganda boasts a diverse portfolio of real estate properties, including land and developed buildings strategically located across the country, particularly in prime areas.
In Kampala City and other major municipalities and towns nationwide, Posta Uganda offers a variety of rentable spaces. These include office spaces, commercial spaces, residential spaces, and open areas suitable for kiosks, parking, or washing bays.
Posta Uganda also owns land with different tenures, such as titled land, freehold land, and leased land.
These properties are available for rent to government ministries, corporate bodies, NGOs, SMEs, private companies, and individuals.
Currently, Posta Uganda is engaged in a property redevelopment initiative to renovate most of its properties, ensuring they meet modern standards with state-of-the-art facilities and services. This transformation is expected to be completed in the near future.

- An appointment will be scheduled to show the property or space to the client.
- The client is given a tour of the property or space to help them make an informed decision.
- If satisfied, the client signs a rental agreement outlining the terms and conditions for renting the property or space.
- The client makes rent payments, which can be monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually.
Pricing
Rent costs vary based on the size of the space, the building housing the space, and the location. The same applies to land for rent. However, Posta Uganda offers competitive and market-friendly rental rates.
